Product Features

One-component, acid-curing, fast-drying, high-quality sealant specifically designed for large glass panels. A high-performance imported acidic silicone sealant, easy to use, fast curing, good toughness, excellent elasticity, and good weather resistance. After curing, it has good adhesion to most building materials.

Main Applications

Installation and bonding of aquariums, fish tanks, and various cabinet projects; bonding and sealing of large glass curtain walls, point-fixed glass curtain walls, and glass skylights; installation of aluminum alloy doors and windows and indoor and outdoor glass decoration bonding; other general sealing and waterproofing projects.

Instructions

Before construction, conduct adhesion tests between the sealant and the substrate, as well as compatibility tests between the sealant and accessories. Construction should only proceed after successful testing.

Clean the substrate thoroughly with a solvent using the two-cloth cleaning method, ensure it is dry, and apply within 30 minutes of cleaning.

Ensure the sealant completely fills the gap, creating a dense layer in close contact with the substrate surface. Smooth the sealant within 5 minutes of application.

Suitable construction surface temperature: 5℃ to 40℃.

Limitations

Cannot be used as a structural sealant.

Construction is not recommended when the surface temperature is below 4℃ or above 40℃.

Air should not be completely excluded before the sealant has cured.

Not suitable for surfaces that exude oil, plasticizers, or other organic solvents.

Storage and Shelf Life

Store in a cool, dry place below 27℃. Shelf life is 9 months from the production date. Maintenance

Generally requires no maintenance. If the sealant joint is damaged, replace the damaged section. Simply remove accumulated dirt with a solvent and refill with sealant. This sealant adheres well to previously cured sealant of the same type.

Safety Precautions

Consult the product's safety data sheet before use.

The sealant is non-toxic after complete curing. However, avoid contact with eyes before curing. If contact occurs, rinse thoroughly with water and seek medical attention. Keep uncured product away from children. The product releases small molecules during curing. Ensure good ventilation in the application and curing area to prevent excessive concentrations of small molecules from affecting people.
