Neutral weather resistant glue

1, suitable for all kinds of curtain wall weatherproof seal, especially recommended for glass curtain wall, aluminum-plastic panel curtain wall, stone dry hanging weatherproof seal;

2, metal, glass, aluminum, ceramic tile, plexiglass, coated glass joint seal;

3, concrete, cement, masonry, rock, marble, steel, wood, anodized aluminum and painted aluminum surface joint seal. Primer is not required in most cases.

 

Silicone structural adhesive

1, mainly used for glass curtain wall between metal and glass structure or non-structural bonding assembly.

2, it can directly connect the glass and the surface of the metal component to form a single assembly component, to meet the curtain wall design requirements of the full or half hidden frame.

3. Structural bonding and sealing of insulating glass.

 

Various silicone glass adhesives are subject to the following restrictions when used:

1, long-term flooding place should not be constructed;

2, do not dissolve the material that oozes grease, plasticizer or solvent;

3, frost or wet surface can not be bonded;

4, completely closed place can not be cured (silica gel needs to be cured by moisture in the air);

5, the substrate surface is not clean or firm.

 

Acid glass glue has the following restrictions:

Acid silicone glass adhesives will corrode or fail to bond copper, brass (and other copper alloys), magnesium, zinc, electroplated metals (and other zinc alloys), At the same time, it is recommended not to use acid glass glue on brick and stone materials and iron carbide matrix, and the use of this product on materials made of methyl isobutenate (PLEXIGLAS), polycarbonate, polypropylene, polyethylene and TEFLON (Teflon, polytetrafluoroethylene) will not obtain good bonding effect and good compatibility. The connection that moves more than 25% of the joint width is also not suitable for acid glass glue, and it is best not to use ordinary acid glass glue on the structural glass (except acid structural glue), and acid glass glue should not be used in places where there is abrasion and substantial disadvantages. The surface temperature of the substrate of silicone acid rubber exceeds 40℃.

 

Neutral weather resistant adhesive also has the following restrictions:

Neutral weather resistant adhesive is not suitable for structural glass assembly; The surface temperature of the substrate exceeds 50℃.

 

Silicone structural adhesive also has the following restrictions:

Silicone structural adhesive substrate surface temperature exceeds 40℃ should not be constructed.
