Product Features

One-component, acid-curing, high-toughness, professional-grade silicone sealant. This product will not flow due to its own weight. Suitable for top or side wall seams without sagging, slumping or running, with excellent weather resistance, vibration resistance, moisture resistance, odor resistance and cold and heat resistance; except for copper materials, it is non-corrosive to most building materials; it has good adhesion to a variety of building materials; suitable for indoor or outdoor caulking and waterproof sealing.

Main Uses

Suitable for large aquariums, large glass plates, skylights, sunshades, aluminum alloy doors and windows, ceramics, faucets, combination houses, cold storage rooms, painted surfaces, non-oily wood assembly; and various other construction and industrial uses.

Instructions

Before construction, a bonding test of the sealant and the substrate to be bonded, and a compatibility test of the sealant and accessories should be carried out. Construction can only proceed after the test is passed;

The substrate should be thoroughly cleaned with a solvent using the two-cloth cleaning method, kept dry, and construction should be carried out within 30 minutes after cleaning;

Ensure that the sealant is fully filled into the gap, making the glue layer dense and in close contact with the substrate surface, and adjust the glue seam within 5 minutes after application;

Suitable construction surface temperature is 5℃ to 40℃.

Usage Restrictions

Construction is not suitable when the surface temperature of the material is below 4℃ or above 40℃;

Air should not be completely isolated before the sealant is cured;

It is not suitable for use on surfaces of materials that exude oil, plasticizers or other organic solvents;

Storage and Shelf Life

It should be stored in a cool and dry place below 27℃. The shelf life is 9 months from the production date.

Maintenance

Generally, no maintenance is required. If the sealant seam is damaged, replace the damaged part. Simply remove accumulated dirt with a solvent, then fill with sealant. The sealant adheres well to the cured sealant of the same type.

Safety Precautions

Refer to the product's safety data sheet before use.

The sealant product is non-toxic after complete curing, but avoid contact with eyes before curing. If contact with eyes occurs, rinse with plenty of water and seek medical attention; keep uncured product away from children. The product releases small molecules during the curing process. Ensure good ventilation in the construction and curing area to avoid high concentrations of small molecules affecting people.
