Product Features

This product is a one-component, neutral, room-temperature vulcanizing silicone sealant. It is easy to use and has excellent weather resistance. It cures quickly and has good adhesion to stainless steel, aluminum alloy, glass and other building materials.

Instructions

Before construction, a bonding test of the sealant and the substrate, and a compatibility test of the sealant and accessories should be carried out. Construction can only proceed after the tests are passed;

The substrate should be thoroughly cleaned with a solvent using the two-cloth cleaning method, kept dry, and construction should be carried out within 30 minutes after cleaning;

Ensure that the sealant completely fills the gap, making the adhesive layer dense and in close contact with the substrate surface. Adjust the adhesive seam within 5 minutes after application;

Suitable construction surface temperature is 5℃ to 40℃.

Usage Restrictions

Cannot be used as a structural sealant;

Construction is not suitable when the material surface temperature is below 4℃ or above 40℃;

Not suitable for use on frosted or damp surfaces;

Not suitable for use in continuously submerged or perpetually damp places;

Avoid contact with rubber materials (such as rubber strips, rubber pads, etc.) to prevent yellowing; Avoid contact with acidic or alkaline substances (such as exterior wall cleaning agents) to prevent discoloration;

Not suitable for use on any materials that will seep oil, plasticizers or solvents, such as the surface of oil-soaked wood. Storage and Shelf Life

Store in a cool, dry place below 27℃. The shelf life is 12 months from the date of manufacture. Maintenance

Generally, no maintenance is required. If the sealant seam is damaged, replace the damaged part. Simply remove accumulated dirt with a solvent and refill with sealant. The sealant adheres well to already cured sealant of the same type.

Safety Precautions

Refer to the product's safety data sheet before use.

The sealant is non-toxic after complete curing, but avoid contact with eyes before curing. If contact with eyes occurs, rinse with plenty of water and seek medical attention; Keep uncured product away from children. The product releases small molecules during curing. Ensure good ventilation in the construction and curing area to avoid high concentrations of small molecules affecting people.
