Product Features

This product is a one-component, neutral, room-temperature vulcanizing silicone elastomeric weather-resistant adhesive. After curing, it exhibits excellent bonding strength and weather and durability performance. It remains elastic within a temperature range of -50℃ to 150℃ without hardening, cracking, or breaking. Suitable for indoor or outdoor weather-resistant caulking and sealing.

Main Applications

Non-structural applications of glass curtain walls, aluminum alloys, composite panels, aluminum-plastic panels, and stone curtain walls; weather-resistant caulking and sealing for various building doors and windows.

Instructions

Before construction, a bonding test between the sealant and the substrate, and a compatibility test between the sealant and accessories should be conducted. Construction can only proceed after the tests are passed.

The substrate should be thoroughly cleaned with a solvent using the two-cloth cleaning method, kept dry, and construction should be carried out within 30 minutes after cleaning.

Ensure that the adhesive is fully filled into the gap, making the adhesive layer dense and in close contact with the substrate surface. Adjust the adhesive seam within 5 minutes after application.

Suitable construction surface temperature is 5℃ to 40℃.

Usage Restrictions

Cannot be used as a structural sealant.

Construction is not recommended when the surface temperature is below 4℃ or above 40℃.

Not suitable for use on frosted or damp surfaces.

Not suitable for use in continuously submerged areas or perpetually damp areas.

Avoid contact with rubber materials (such as rubber strips, rubber pads, etc.) to prevent yellowing; avoid contact with acidic or alkaline substances (such as exterior wall cleaning solutions) to prevent discoloration.

Not suitable for use on any materials that will seep oil, plasticizers, or solvents, such as the surface of oil-soaked wood. Storage and Shelf Life

Store in a cool, dry place below 27℃. The shelf life is 12 months from the production date. Maintenance

Generally requires no maintenance. If the sealant seam is damaged, replace the damaged part. Simply remove accumulated dirt with a solvent, then fill with sealant. The sealant adheres well to already cured sealant of the same type.

Safety Precautions

Refer to the product's safety data sheet before use.

The sealant product is non-toxic after complete curing, but avoid contact with eyes before curing. If contact with eyes occurs, rinse with plenty of water and seek medical attention. Keep uncured product away from children. The product releases small molecules during the curing process. Ensure good ventilation in the construction and curing area to avoid high concentrations of small molecules affecting people.
