Product Features

This product is a one-component, room-temperature neutral curing silicone sealant for curtain walls. It features fast curing speed and high elongation.

After complete curing, it exhibits excellent weather resistance and aging resistance, maintaining good performance in the temperature range of -50℃ to +100℃.

It has good adhesion and compatibility with most building materials.

Main Applications

Weather-resistant sealing of non-structural joints in building glass curtain walls and aluminum curtain walls;

Weather-resistant sealing of metal, concrete, glass, mosaic and other building materials;

Weather-resistant sealing of building door and window joints.

Instructions

Before construction, adhesion tests between the sealant and the substrate, and compatibility tests between the sealant and accessories should be conducted. Construction can only proceed after the tests are passed.

The substrate should be thoroughly cleaned with a solvent using the two-cloth cleaning method, kept dry, and construction should be carried out within 30 minutes after cleaning.

Ensure that the sealant completely fills the gap, making the sealant layer dense and in close contact with the substrate surface. Adjust the sealant joint within 5 minutes after application.

Suitable construction surface temperature is 5℃ to 40℃.

Limitations

Cannot be used as a structural sealant;

Construction is not suitable when the material surface temperature is below 4℃ or above 40℃;

Not suitable for use on frosted or damp surfaces;

Not suitable for places that are continuously submerged in water or perpetually damp;

Avoid contact with rubber materials (such as rubber strips, rubber pads, etc.) to prevent yellowing; Avoid contact with acidic or alkaline substances (such as exterior wall cleaning solutions) to prevent discoloration;

Not suitable for use on any materials that will seep oil, plasticizers, or solvents, such as the surface of oil-soaked wood. Storage and Shelf Life

Store in a cool, dry place below 27℃. The shelf life is 12 months from the date of production. Maintenance

Generally, no maintenance is required. If the sealant joint is damaged, replace the damaged part. Simply remove accumulated dirt with a solvent and refill with sealant. The sealant adheres well to the cured sealant of the same type.

Safety Precautions

Refer to the product's safety data sheet before use.

The sealant product is non-toxic after complete curing, but avoid contact with eyes before curing. If contact with eyes occurs, rinse with plenty of water and seek medical attention. Keep uncured product away from children. Small molecules are released during the curing process of the product. Ensure good ventilation in the construction and curing area
