Chun Guang MS-9003 Copper Door and Stainless Steel Engineering Sealant is a new type of environmentally friendly material made of MS silane-modified high-modulus; single-component room temperature vulcanizing elastic glue product; high bonding strength, resistant to compression and vibration; environmentally friendly, non-toxic, odorless, non-cracking, fast curing, good construction extrusion performance, low shrinkage rate; can be injected at +5°C ~ +40°C. The substrate must be clean and dry; the presence of water and moisture on the surface will affect the bonding performance; it does not contain aromatic hydrocarbons, ketones, aldehydes, ethers, organotin, etc.

Toxic and harmful substances; easy to use, good weather resistance, good compatibility with all neutral adhesives and silicone structural adhesives, good adhesion to most building materials.

Main Uses

Used for the installation and sealing of copper doors, copper products, glass, and doors and windows; used for metal bonding and sealing of metal structural engineering; used for sealing of most materials.

Construction Requirements

Bonding and compatibility tests must be performed before use; all bonded material surfaces must be clean and dry; apply glue evenly with a glue gun to ensure that the sealant is in close contact with the substrate and there are no gaps, and make adjustments before the glue cures.

Storage and Shelf Life

It is a non-hazardous product. Please store it in a cool, dry place below 27°C. The shelf life is 9 months.

Precautions

It is recommended to perform a compatibility test before use.

Construction is not suitable when the surface temperature of the material is below 4°C or above 40°C.

The construction environment needs to maintain air circulation.

The construction surface must be kept clean, dry, and free of oil stains.

When injecting glue, ensure that the glue fills the seam without gaps, and make adjustments before the surface of the glue cures.
