Chun Guang MS-9003 copper door and stainless steel engineering sealant is a new type of environmentally friendly material modified with MS silane, featuring high modulus; a single-component, room-temperature curing elastic adhesive product; high bonding strength, resistant to compression and vibration fatigue; environmentally friendly, non-toxic, odorless; non-cracking, fast curing, good application extrusion performance, low shrinkage rate; can be applied at +5℃ to +40℃; requires clean, dry substrates; water and moisture on the surface affect bonding performance; does not contain aromatics, ketones, aldehydes, ethers, organic tin compounds,

isocyanates and other toxic and harmful substances; convenient to use with good weather resistance and excellent compatibility with all neutral adhesives and silicone structural sealants; has good adhesion to most building materials.

Main Uses

Mainly used for installation and joint sealing of copper doors, copper products, glass, doors, and windows; used for joint sealing in metal connections and metal structure engineering; used for joint sealing of most materials.

Construction Requirements

Before use, bonding and compatibility tests must be conducted; all surfaces to be bonded must be clean and dry; apply the sealant evenly with a caulking gun, ensuring tight contact between the sealant and the substrate, with no gaps; trim before the sealant cures.

Storage and Shelf Life

It is a non-hazardous product; please store in a cool, dry place below 27℃; shelf life is 9 months.

Precautions

It is recommended to perform a compatibility test before use.

Do not apply when the material surface temperature is below 4℃ or above 40℃.

The construction environment should maintain air circulation.

The construction surface must be kept clean, dry, and free of oil.

When applying, ensure the sealant fills the joint without gaps and trim before the sealant surface cures.
