Main Use

Used for high-end stone bonding and grouting, wall panels, slabs, ceramics, etc.; interior and exterior decoration, floor pasting, aluminum-plastic panels, children's rooms, bathroom mildew prevention, integrated wall panels; various indoor grouting and sealing purposes.

Instructions
Before construction, a bonding test between the sealant and the substrate, and a compatibility test between the sealant and accessories should be conducted. Construction can only proceed after the tests are passed.

The substrate should be thoroughly cleaned with a solvent using the two-cloth cleaning method, kept dry, and construction should be carried out within 30 minutes after cleaning.

Ensure that the adhesive is fully filled in the gap, making the adhesive layer dense and in close contact with the substrate surface, and adjust the adhesive seam within 5 minutes after application.

Suitable surface temperature for construction materials is 5℃ to 40℃.

Usage Restrictions

Cannot be used as a structural sealant.

Construction is not suitable when the surface temperature is below 4℃ or above 40℃.

Not suitable for frosty or damp surfaces.

Not suitable for places that are continuously submerged in water or perpetually damp.

Avoid contact with rubber materials (such as rubber strips, rubber pads, etc.) to prevent yellowing; avoid contact with acidic or alkaline substances (such as exterior wall cleaning solutions) to prevent discoloration.

Not suitable for any materials that will seep oil, plasticizers, or solvents, such as the surface of oil-soaked wood. Storage and Shelf Life

Should be stored in a cool, dry place below 27℃. The shelf life is 9 months from the production date.

Maintenance

Generally requires no maintenance. If the sealant seam is damaged, replace the damaged part. Simply use a solvent to remove accumulated dirt, then fill it with sealant. The sealant adheres well to the cured sealant of the same type.

Safety Precautions

Refer to the product's safety data sheet before use.

The sealant product is non-toxic after complete curing, but avoid contact with eyes before curing. If contact with eyes occurs, rinse with plenty of water and seek medical attention. Keep uncured product away from children. The product releases small molecules during the curing process. Ensure good ventilation in the construction and curing area to avoid high concentrations of small molecules affecting people.
