Product Features

Single-component, acid-curing, fast-drying acidic silicone glass sealant, easy to use, fast curing, with good weather aging resistance, good adhesion to most building materials after curing, available in transparent, porcelain white, silver gray, and black colors.

Main Uses

Indoor decoration caulking and sealing, handicraft bonding and caulking and sealing;

Caulking and sealing for various doors and windows;

Other general purpose caulking and waterproof sealing.

Instructions for Use

Before construction, adhesion tests between the sealant and the substrate, and compatibility tests between the sealant and accessories should be conducted. Construction can only proceed if the tests are satisfactory;

The substrate surface should be thoroughly cleaned with solvent using a two-cloth cleaning method, kept dry, and applied within 30 minutes after cleaning;

Application should ensure that gaps are fully filled, making the adhesive layer dense and in close contact with the substrate surface, and the sealant joint should be trimmed within 5 minutes after application;

Suitable construction material surface temperature is 5℃ to 40℃.

Limitations

Cannot be used as structural sealant;

Not suitable for construction when the material surface temperature is below 4℃ or above 40℃;

Before the sealant paste is fully cured after application, it should not be completely isolated from air;

Not suitable for use on surfaces of materials that exude oil, plasticizers, or other organic solvents;

Storage and Shelf Life

Should be stored in a cool, dry place below 27℃. Shelf life is 9 months from the production date. Maintenance

Generally no maintenance is required. If the sealant joint is damaged, replace the damaged part. Just clean accumulated dirt with solvent, then refill with sealant. Junhong brand sealant adheres well to cured sealants of the same type.

Safety Precautions

Before using the product, refer to the product's safety data sheet.

The sealant product is non-toxic after complete curing, but avoid eye contact before curing. If contact occurs, flush with plenty of water and seek medical attention. Uncured products should be kept out of reach of children. The product releases small molecular substances during curing. Ensure good ventilation in the construction and curing areas to prevent high concentrations of small molecular substances from adversely affecting people.
