Product Features

One-component, acid-curing, fast-drying, high-quality sealant specifically designed for large glass panels. A high-performance imported acid-cure silicone sealant for large glass assembly. Easy to use, fast curing, good toughness, excellent elasticity, good weather resistance, and after curing, it has good adhesion to most building materials.

Main Applications

Installation of fish tanks and aquariums, and bonding and sealing of various cabinet projects; bonding and sealing of large glass curtain walls, point-fixed glass curtain walls, and glass skylights; installation of aluminum alloy doors and windows and indoor and outdoor glass decorative bonding; other general sealing and waterproofing projects.

Instructions

Before construction, a bonding test between the sealant and the substrate, and a compatibility test between the sealant and accessories should be conducted. Construction can only proceed after the tests are passed.

The substrate should be thoroughly cleaned with a solvent using the two-cloth cleaning method, kept dry, and construction should be carried out within 30 minutes after cleaning.

Ensure that the adhesive is fully filled in the gap, making the adhesive layer dense and in close contact with the substrate surface, and adjust the adhesive seam within 5 minutes after application.

Suitable construction surface temperature is 5℃ to 40℃.

Usage Restrictions

Cannot be used as a structural sealant.

Construction is not recommended when the surface temperature is below 4℃ or above 40℃.

Air should not be completely isolated before the sealant is cured.

Not suitable for use on surfaces that exude oil, plasticizers, or other organic solvents. Storage and Shelf Life

Should be stored in a cool, dry place below 27℃. Shelf life is 9 months from the production date.

Maintenance

Generally requires no maintenance. If the sealant seam is damaged, replace the damaged part. Simply remove accumulated dirt with a solvent and refill with sealant. Junhong brand sealant adheres well to already cured sealant of the same type.

Safety Precautions

Refer to the product's safety data sheet before use.

The sealant is non-toxic after complete curing, but avoid contact with eyes before curing. If contact occurs, rinse thoroughly with water and seek medical attention. Keep uncured product away from children. The product releases small molecules during curing. Ensure good ventilation in the construction and curing area to avoid high concentrations of small molecules affecting people.
