Product Features

The normal operating temperature of the material tank is +5℃~+35℃.

The optimal operating temperature is +18℃~+25℃.

The temperature resistance range after curing is -30℃~+80℃.

The foam can adhere to concrete, coatings, walls, wood, and plastic surfaces, but not Teflon and silicone resin.

The product is harmless to humans after curing.

Construction Notes

Before construction, remove dust and oil stains from the construction surface and spray a little water on the construction surface.

When filling vertical gaps, it must be done from bottom to top (note the expansion of the foam).

The flow rate of the foam can be adjusted by controlling the board machine.

Please clean the spray gun immediately with polyurethane cleaning agent after use.

The tack-free time of the foam surface is 10 minutes, the foam can be cut after 20 minutes, and the foam cures after about 1 hour. And it reaches stability within 3-5 hours (all data are obtained under laboratory conditions).

This product is not UV resistant, so it is recommended to apply other materials (such as cement mortar, coatings, etc.) to the surface of the cured foam.

Keep this product away from direct sunlight, in a cool and dry place, and at a temperature not exceeding 50℃.

The construction site should be well-ventilated when using this product; construction personnel should wear work gloves and goggles during construction.

This product has strong viscosity before curing and has permeability to clothing fibers. Please do not touch clothing during use.

Please keep the can out of reach of children. If the foaming agent gets into the eyes, please rinse with water or follow medical advice; if it gets on the skin, please rinse with soap or water.
