It has high bonding strength, strong temperature difference resistance, good weather resistance, and low elasticity after curing, making a flexible connection between the corner code and the profile, effectively solving many problems such as window corner cracking, misalignment, deformation, and leakage. Suitable for open glue application process.

Main Uses

Self-leveling filling and sealing, penetrating the narrow gaps of aluminum windows and doors, joints, screw positions, etc.; windproof, waterproof, dustproof; with excellent anti-aging ability, designed for various metal frames and break-bridge thermal insulation profile joints.

Instructions

All surfaces must be thoroughly cleaned before use, free of dust, rust, and oil stains; after cutting off the top of the threaded line, cut the nozzle according to the gap width, and rotate to fix the nozzle; install the can into the glue gun, apply glue to the profile cavity wall or the corner code.

1. Select high-quality sawing equipment, ensure the processing accuracy of the profiles. Clean the profile cross-section and corner code, and try to keep it free of oil stains.

2. Keep the inner cavity of the profile and corner code connection part, the surface of the corner code, and the cross-section of the profile at a certain humidity (it is recommended to wipe the parts that need to be glued with a wet cloth before use).

3. Apply an appropriate amount of "corner glue" to the effective contact surfaces of the corner code and profile and the profile connection cross-section.

4. Insert the corner code, align along the corner seam, and complete the positioning and fixing process with the "corner machine" on this corner. 5. After the four corners of the door and window have completed the positioning and fixing process, the size and flatness should be confirmed and adjusted within 30 minutes as much as possible. 6. After completion, quickly clean up the excess glue overflowing from the corner seams, etc., before the corner glue is completely cured. 7. During the stacking and transportation of the finished doors and windows, avoid excessive unbalanced force and violent collisions. Since the corner glue generally reaches its maximum strength in about 7 days, it is recommended to start the project installation after one week as much as possible.

Usage Restrictions

Cannot be used as structural sealant;

Construction is not suitable when the surface temperature of the material is below 4℃ or above 40℃;

Not suitable for frosted or damp surfaces;

Not suitable for places that are continuously submerged in water or permanently damp;

Avoid contact with rubber materials (such as rubber strips, rubber pads, etc.) to prevent yellowing; avoid contact with acidic or alkaline substances (such as exterior wall cleaning solutions) to prevent discoloration;

Not suitable for all materials that will seep out oil, plasticizers, or solvents, such as the surface of oil-soaked wood. Storage and Shelf Life

Should be stored in a cool and dry place below 27℃. The shelf life is 9 months from the production date. Maintenance

Generally, no maintenance is required. If the sealant seam is damaged, replace the damaged part. Simply use a solvent to remove accumulated dirt, and then fill it with sealant. The sealant can adhere well to the cured sealant of the same type.

After the sealant is completely cured, it is non-toxic. However, before curing, avoid contact with eyes. If contact with eyes occurs, rinse with plenty of water and seek medical attention; keep uncured products away from children. The product will release small molecules during the curing process. Ventilation should be ensured in the construction and curing area to avoid excessive concentration of small molecules affecting people.
