Product Features

This product is a one-component, neutral-curing silicone sealant specifically designed for various applications requiring mildew resistance (such as hotel bathrooms and kitchen sealing in home decoration). It features excellent mildew resistance; according to JC/T885-2001 testing methods, its mildew resistance level is 0. It is especially suitable for sealing seams in environments prone to mold growth. Apply by using a caulking gun to extrude the sealant from the cartridge into the seam requiring sealing. The sealant cures at room temperature by absorbing moisture from the air, forming an elastic seal.

Main Applications

Installation and waterproof, mildew-proof sealing of various kitchen utensils and sanitary ware;

Installation of various doors and windows, and filling and sealing of curtain walls such as marble and aluminum plates;

Suitable for mirrors and various other purposes.

Instructions

Before construction, conduct adhesion tests between the sealant and the substrate, as well as compatibility tests between the sealant and accessories. Construction should only proceed after successful testing;

Clean the substrate thoroughly with a solvent using the two-cloth cleaning method, keep it dry, and apply within 30 minutes of cleaning;

Ensure that the sealant completely fills the gap, creating a dense layer in close contact with the substrate surface. Smooth the sealant within 5 minutes of application;

Suitable construction surface temperature is 5℃ to 40℃.

Usage Restrictions

Cannot be used as a structural sealant;

Construction is not recommended when the surface temperature is below 4℃ or above 40℃;

Not suitable for frosty or damp surfaces;

Not suitable for continuously submerged areas or perpetually damp areas;

Avoid contact with rubber materials (such as rubber strips, rubber pads, etc.) to prevent yellowing; Avoid contact with acidic or alkaline substances (such as exterior wall cleaning solutions) to prevent discoloration;

Not suitable for materials that exude oils, plasticizers, or solvents, such as the surface of oil-soaked wood. Storage and Shelf Life

Store in a cool, dry place below 27℃. Shelf life is 9 months from the production date. Maintenance

Generally requires no maintenance. If the sealant seam is damaged, replace the damaged section. Simply remove accumulated dirt with a solvent and refill with sealant. The sealant adheres well to previously cured sealant of the same type.

Safety Precautions

Consult the product's safety data sheet before use.

The sealant is non-toxic after complete curing. However, avoid contact with eyes before curing. If contact occurs, rinse thoroughly with water and seek medical attention. Keep uncured product away from children. The product releases small molecules during curing. Ensure good ventilation in the application and curing area to prevent excessive concentrations of small molecules from adversely affecting people.
