Product Features

This product is a one-component, neutral, room-temperature vulcanizing silicone sealant. It is easy to use and has excellent weather resistance. It cures quickly and has good adhesion to building materials such as stainless steel, aluminum alloy, and glass.

Main Applications

Bonding, filling, and sealing various stainless steel doors and windows;

Bonding, filling, and sealing aluminum alloy, glass, and plastic steel building doors and windows;

Various indoor decoration bonding and sealing;

Other general industrial applications.

Instructions

Before construction, a bonding test between the sealant and the substrate, and a compatibility test between the sealant and accessories should be conducted. Construction can only proceed after the tests are passed;

The substrate should be thoroughly cleaned with a solvent using the two-cloth cleaning method, kept dry, and construction should be carried out within 30 minutes after cleaning;

Ensure that the sealant completely fills the gap, making the adhesive layer dense and in close contact with the substrate surface. Adjust the adhesive seam within 5 minutes after application;

Suitable construction surface temperature is 5℃ to 40℃.

Limitations

Cannot be used as a structural sealant;

Construction is not suitable when the material surface temperature is below 4℃ or above 40℃;

Not suitable for frosty or damp surfaces;

Not suitable for places that are continuously submerged in water or perpetually damp;

Contact with rubber materials (such as rubber strips, rubber pads, etc.) should be avoided to prevent yellowing; contact with acidic or alkaline substances (such as exterior wall cleaning solutions) should be avoided to prevent discoloration;

Not suitable for materials that will seep oil, plasticizers, or solvents, such as the surface of oil-soaked wood. Storage and Shelf Life

Should be stored in a cool, dry place below 27℃. The shelf life is 12 months from the production date. Maintenance

Generally, no maintenance is required. If the sealant seam is damaged, replace the damaged part. Simply clean the accumulated dirt with a solvent and refill with sealant. The sealant adheres well to the already cured sealant of the same type.

The sealant product is non-toxic after complete curing, but contact with eyes should be avoided before curing. If contact with eyes occurs, rinse with plenty of water and seek medical attention. Uncured products should be kept away from children. The product releases small molecules during the curing process. Ventilation should be ensured during construction and curing to avoid high concentrations of small molecules affecting people.
