Product Features

This product is a one-component, medium-low modulus, room-temperature vulcanizing neutral silicone sealant. It is easy to use, non-corrosive to most building materials, and has good adhesion to a variety of building materials.

Main Applications

Filling and sealing gaps in various glass, aluminum alloy, and plastic-steel doors and windows;

Interior decoration filling and sealing, craft bonding, and filling and sealing.

Other general purpose filling and waterproofing.

Instructions

Before construction, a bonding test of the sealant and the substrate and a compatibility test of the sealant and accessories should be conducted. Construction can only proceed after the tests are passed;

The substrate should be thoroughly cleaned with a solvent using the two-cloth cleaning method, kept dry, and construction should be carried out within 30 minutes after cleaning;

Ensure that the sealant completely fills the gap, making the adhesive layer dense and in close contact with the substrate surface. Adjust the adhesive seam within 5 minutes after application;

Suitable construction surface temperature is 5℃ to 40℃.

Usage Restrictions

Cannot be used as a structural sealant;

Construction is not suitable when the material surface temperature is below 4℃ or above 40℃;

Not suitable for frosty or damp surfaces;

Not suitable for places that are continuously submerged in water or perpetually damp;

Avoid contact with rubber materials (such as rubber strips, rubber pads, etc.) to prevent yellowing; Avoid contact with acidic or alkaline substances (such as exterior wall cleaning solutions) to prevent discoloration;

Not suitable for all materials that will seep oil, plasticizers, or solvents, such as the surface of oil-soaked wood. Storage and Shelf Life

Store in a cool, dry place below 27℃. The shelf life is 12 months from the production date. Maintenance

Generally, no maintenance is required. If the sealant seam is damaged, replace the damaged part. Simply clean the accumulated dirt with a solvent and then fill it with sealant. The sealant adheres well to the cured sealant of the same type.

Safety Precautions

Refer to the product's safety data sheet before use.

The sealant product is non-toxic after complete curing, but avoid contact with eyes before curing. If contact with eyes occurs, rinse with plenty of water and seek medical attention; Keep uncured product away from children. The product releases small molecules during the curing process. Ensure good ventilation in the construction and curing area to avoid high concentrations of small molecules affecting people.
