Product Features

This product is a single-component, medium-low modulus, room-temperature curing neutral silicone sealant, easy to use, non-corrosive to most building materials, and has good adhesion to various building materials.

Main Uses

Sealing gaps for various types of glass, aluminum alloys, and UPVC doors and windows;

Indoor decoration gap sealing, handicraft bonding, and gap sealing.

Other general-purpose gap filling and waterproof sealing.

Instructions for Use

Before construction, a bonding test between the sealant and the substrate, and a compatibility test between the sealant and accessories, should be performed. Construction can only proceed if the tests are satisfactory;

The substrate surface should be thoroughly cleaned with a solvent using a two-cloth cleaning method, kept dry, and applied within 30 minutes after cleaning;

Application should ensure that the gaps are fully filled, making the adhesive layer dense and in close contact with the substrate surface, and the joint should be trimmed within 5 minutes after application;

Suitable construction material surface temperature is 5℃ to 40℃.

Limitations of Use

Cannot be used as a structural sealant;

Not suitable for construction when material surface temperature is below 4℃ or above 40℃;

Not suitable for frosted or damp surfaces;

Not suitable for continuously immersed or permanently damp areas;

Avoid contact with rubber materials (e.g., rubber strips, rubber pads) to prevent yellowing; avoid contact with acidic or alkaline substances (e.g., exterior wall cleaning solutions) to prevent discoloration;

Not suitable for materials that bleed oil, plasticizers, or solvents, such as the surface of oil-impregnated wood. Storage and Shelf Life

Should be stored in a cool, dry place below 27℃. Shelf life is 12 months from the production date. Maintenance

Generally no maintenance is required. If the sealant joint is damaged, replace the damaged part. Simply remove accumulated dirt with a solvent, then refill with sealant. The sealant adheres well to cured sealant of the same type.

Safety Precautions

Before using the product, refer to the product's safety data sheet.

The sealant product is non-toxic after full curing, but avoid eye contact before curing. If eye contact occurs, flush with plenty of water and seek medical attention; uncured product should be kept away from children. The product releases small molecular substances during curing; ensure ventilation in the construction and curing areas to prevent high concentrations of small molecular substances from adversely affecting people.
