Product Features

This product is a one-component, neutral, room-temperature sealant for exterior doors and windows and exterior walls. It has excellent adhesion and weather resistance, providing long-lasting elastic waterproof sealing in general building sealing and assembly applications. A silicone sealant product specially designed for high-end door and window projects.

Main Applications

Weather-resistant filling and sealing for glass, aluminum alloy profiles, concrete, brick, and ceramic materials;

Filling and sealing for the assembly of various exterior building doors and windows.

Instructions for Use

Before construction, conduct adhesion tests between the sealant and the substrate, as well as compatibility tests between the sealant and accessories. Construction should only proceed after successful testing;

Clean the substrate thoroughly with a solvent using the two-cloth cleaning method, keep it dry, and apply within 30 minutes of cleaning;

Ensure that the sealant completely fills the gap, creating a dense layer in close contact with the substrate surface. Smooth the sealant joint within 5 minutes of application;

Suitable construction surface temperature is 5℃ to 40℃.

Usage Restrictions

Cannot be used as a structural sealant;

Construction is not recommended when the surface temperature is below 4℃ or above 40℃;

Not suitable for use on frosted or damp surfaces;

Not suitable for use in continuously submerged areas or perpetually damp areas;

Avoid contact with rubber materials (such as rubber strips, rubber pads, etc.) to prevent yellowing; Avoid contact with acidic or alkaline substances (such as exterior wall cleaning solutions) to prevent discoloration;

Not suitable for use on any materials that will exude oil, plasticizers, or solvents, such as the surface of oil-soaked wood. Storage and Shelf Life

Store in a cool, dry place below 27℃. Shelf life is 12 months from the production date. Maintenance

Generally requires no maintenance. If the sealant joint is damaged, replace the damaged section. Simply clean accumulated dirt with a solvent and refill with sealant. The sealant adheres well to already cured sealant of the same type.

Safety Precautions

Consult the product's safety data sheet before use.

The sealant product is non-toxic after complete curing, but avoid contact with eyes before curing. If contact with eyes occurs, rinse thoroughly with plenty of water and seek medical attention; keep uncured product away from children. The product releases small molecules during curing. Ensure good ventilation in the construction and curing areas to avoid high concentrations of small molecules that may have adverse effects on people.
