Product Features

This product is a one-component, neutral, room-temperature vulcanizing silicone elastomeric sealant. After curing, it exhibits excellent adhesion and weather resistance and durability. It remains elastic within a temperature range of -50℃ to 150℃ without hardening, cracking, or breaking. Suitable for indoor or outdoor weather-resistant caulking and sealing.

Main Applications

Non-structural applications in curtain walls such as glass curtain walls, aluminum alloys, composite panels, aluminum-plastic panels, and stone; weather-resistant caulking and sealing for various building doors and windows.

Instructions

Before construction, conduct adhesion tests between the sealant and the substrate, as well as compatibility tests between the sealant and accessories. Construction should only proceed after successful testing.

Clean the substrate thoroughly with a solvent using the two-cloth cleaning method, ensure it is dry, and apply within 30 minutes of cleaning.

Ensure that the sealant completely fills the gap, creating a dense layer in close contact with the substrate surface. Smooth the sealant joint within 5 minutes of application.

Suitable construction surface temperature is 5℃ to 40℃.

Limitations

Cannot be used as a structural sealant.

Construction is not recommended when the surface temperature is below 4℃ or above 40℃.

Not suitable for use on frosted or damp surfaces.

Not suitable for use in continuously submerged areas or perpetually damp locations.

Avoid contact with rubber materials (such as rubber strips, rubber pads, etc.) to prevent yellowing; avoid contact with acidic or alkaline substances (such as exterior wall cleaning solutions) to prevent discoloration.

Not suitable for use on any materials that exude oil, plasticizers, or solvents, such as the surface of oil-soaked wood. Storage and Shelf Life

Store in a cool, dry place below 27℃. Shelf life is 12 months from the production date. Maintenance

Generally requires no maintenance. If the sealant joint is damaged, replace the damaged section. Simply remove accumulated dirt with a solvent and refill with sealant. The sealant adheres well to previously cured sealant of the same type.

Safety Precautions

Refer to the product's safety data sheet before use.

The sealant is non-toxic after complete curing. However, avoid contact with eyes before curing. If contact occurs, rinse thoroughly with water and seek medical attention. Keep uncured product away from children. The product releases small molecules during curing. Ensure adequate ventilation in the application and curing area to prevent excessive concentrations of small molecules from adversely affecting individuals.
