Product Features

This product is a one-component, neutral, room-temperature vulcanizing silicone sealant for construction. It is non-corrosive to stone, cement components, etc., overcoming the shortcomings of acidic glass glue corroding materials. It has excellent weather resistance and aging performance. It has good adhesion and can produce good adhesion to various building materials such as stone, ceramics, and cement components without primer.

Main Uses

Weather-resistant sealing for dry-hung marble and granite curtain wall projects.

Grouting and sealing of prefabricated cement projects.

Adhesion and grouting and sealing of ceramic projects.

Instructions

Before construction, a bonding test of the sealant and the substrate to be bonded, and a compatibility test of the sealant and accessories should be carried out. Construction can only proceed after the test is passed;

The substrate should be thoroughly cleaned with a solvent using the two-cloth cleaning method, kept dry, and construction should be carried out within 30 minutes after cleaning;

Ensure that the sealant is fully filled into the gap, making the glue layer dense and in close contact with the substrate surface, and adjust the glue seam within 5 minutes after application;

Suitable construction surface temperature is 5℃ to 40℃.

Usage Restrictions

Cannot be used as a structural sealant;

Construction is not suitable when the surface temperature of the material is below 4℃ or above 40℃;

Not suitable for frosty or damp surfaces;

Not suitable for places that are continuously submerged in water or permanently damp places.

Contact with rubber materials (such as rubber strips, rubber pads, etc.) should be avoided to prevent yellowing; contact with acidic or alkaline substances (such as exterior wall cleaning solutions) should be avoided to prevent discoloration;

Not suitable for all materials that will seep out oil, plasticizers, or solvents, such as the surface of oil-soaked wood. Storage and Shelf Life

Should be stored in a cool, dry place below 27℃. The shelf life is 12 months from the production date. Maintenance

Generally, no maintenance is required. If the sealant seam is damaged, replace the damaged part. Simply clean the accumulated dirt with a solvent, and then fill it with sealant. The sealant can adhere well to the cured sealant of the same type.

The sealant product is non-toxic after complete curing, but before curing, avoid contact with eyes. If contact with eyes occurs, rinse with plenty of water and seek medical attention; keep uncured products away from children. The product releases small molecules during the curing process. Ventilation should be ensured during construction and curing to avoid excessive concentration of small molecules affecting people.
