Product Features

One-component, neutral, room-temperature vulcanizing, alcohol-removing architectural silicone sealant, with no irritating odor,

non-corrosive, made with special materials, and has good compatibility with most chemical coatings. It is especially suitable for bonding and sealing mirrors with copper, gold, and other metal coatings, ensuring that the mirror surface remains uncontaminated.

Main Uses

Used for bonding and sealing mirrors and materials such as metal, wood, concrete, polyester, stone, aluminum, ceramic, and PVC; bonding and sealing mirrors in architectural decoration and furniture industries; bonding and sealing crafts, glass display cabinets, lamps, and lighting.

Instructions

Before construction, a bonding test of the sealant with the substrate and a compatibility test of the sealant with accessories should be conducted. Construction can only proceed after the tests are passed;

The substrate should be thoroughly cleaned with a solvent using the two-cloth cleaning method, kept dry, and construction should be carried out within 30 minutes after cleaning;

Ensure that the sealant completely fills the gap, making the adhesive layer dense and in close contact with the substrate surface. Adjust the adhesive seam within 5 minutes after application;

Suitable construction surface temperature is 5℃ to 40℃.

Usage Restrictions

Cannot be used as a structural sealant;

Construction is not suitable when the surface temperature is below 4℃ or above 40℃;

Not suitable for use on frosted or damp surfaces;

Not suitable for places that are continuously submerged in water or perpetually damp;

Avoid contact with rubber materials (such as rubber strips, rubber pads, etc.) to prevent yellowing; avoid contact with acidic or alkaline substances (such as exterior wall cleaning solutions) to prevent discoloration;

Not suitable for use on any materials that will seep oil, plasticizers, or solvents, such as the surface of oil-soaked wood. Storage and Shelf Life

Store in a cool, dry place below 27℃. The shelf life is 9 months from the production date. Maintenance

Generally, no maintenance is required. If the sealant seam is damaged, replace the damaged part. Simply clean the accumulated dirt with a solvent and then fill it with sealant. The sealant adheres well to the cured sealant of the same type.

Safety Precautions

Refer to the product's safety data sheet before use.

The sealant is non-toxic after complete curing, but avoid contact with eyes before curing. If contact with eyes occurs, rinse with plenty of water and seek medical attention; keep uncured product away from children. The product releases small molecules during curing. Ensure good ventilation in the construction and curing area to avoid high concentrations of small molecules affecting people.
