Single-component, neutral room temperature curing, alcohol-type silicone sealant for construction, odorless,

Non-corrosive, manufactured with special materials, good compatibility with most chemical coatings, especially suitable for bonding and sealing mirror surfaces with metal coatings containing copper, gold, etc., to ensure the mirror is pollution-free.

Main Uses

Used for bonding and sealing mirrors with traditional materials such as metal, wood, concrete, polyester, stone, aluminum, ceramics, PVC, etc.; bonding and sealing mirrors in architectural decoration and furniture industries; bonding and sealing handicrafts, glass display cabinets, lighting fixtures, etc.

Instructions for Use

Before construction, a bonding test between the sealant and the substrate to be bonded, and a compatibility test between the sealant and accessories should be performed. Construction can only proceed if the tests are satisfactory;

The substrate surface should be thoroughly cleaned with a solvent using the two-cloth cleaning method, kept dry, and applied within 30 minutes after cleaning;

Ensure that the sealant fully fills the gaps, making the adhesive layer dense and in close contact with the substrate surface, and trim the sealant bead within 5 minutes after application;

Suitable construction material surface temperature is 5℃ to 40℃.

Limitations

Cannot be used as a structural sealant;

Not suitable for construction when the material surface temperature is below 4℃ or above 40℃;

Not suitable for frosted or damp surfaces;

Not suitable for continuously immersed areas or perpetually damp areas;

Avoid contact with rubber materials (e.g., rubber strips, rubber pads) to prevent yellowing; avoid contact with acidic or alkaline substances (e.g., exterior wall cleaning solutions) to prevent discoloration;

Not suitable for all materials that will exude grease, plasticizers, or solvents, such as surfaces of oil-impregnated wood. Storage and Shelf Life

Should be stored in a cool, dry place below 27℃. Shelf life is 9 months from the production date. Maintenance

Generally no maintenance is required. If the sealant joint is damaged, replace the damaged part by simply removing accumulated dirt with a solvent and then filling with sealant. The sealant adheres well to cured sealants of the same type.

Safety Precautions

Before using the product, refer to the product's safety data sheet.

The sealant product is non-toxic after complete curing, but contact with eyes should be avoided before curing. If eye contact occurs, rinse with plenty of water and seek medical attention; uncured products should be kept away from children. The product releases small molecular substances during the curing process, so ensure ventilation in the construction and curing areas to prevent high concentrations of small molecular substances from adversely affecting people.
