Product Features

This product is a one-component, room-temperature neutral curing silicone sealant for curtain walls;

Fast curing speed, high elongation;

After complete curing, it has excellent weather resistance and aging resistance, maintaining good performance in the temperature range of -50℃ to +100℃;

It has good adhesion and compatibility with most building materials.

Main Uses

Weather-resistant sealing of non-structural interfaces of building glass curtain walls and aluminum curtain walls;

Weather-resistant sealing of metal, concrete, glass, mosaic and other building materials;

Weather-resistant sealing of building door and window joints.

Instructions

Before construction, a bonding test of the sealant and the substrate to be bonded, and a compatibility test of the sealant and accessories should be carried out. Construction can only proceed after the tests are passed;

The substrate should be thoroughly cleaned with a solvent using the two-cloth cleaning method, kept dry, and construction should be carried out within 30 minutes after cleaning;

Adhesive application should ensure that the gap is completely filled, making the adhesive layer dense and in close contact with the substrate surface, and the adhesive joint should be trimmed within 5 minutes after application;

Suitable construction surface temperature of building materials is 5℃ to 40℃.

Usage Restrictions

Cannot be used as a structural sealant;

Construction is not suitable when the surface temperature of the material is below 4℃ or above 40℃;

Not suitable for use on frosted or damp surfaces;

Not suitable for use in continuously submerged areas or perpetually damp areas;

Contact with rubber materials (such as rubber strips, rubber pads, etc.) should be avoided to prevent yellowing; contact with acidic or alkaline substances (such as exterior wall cleaning solutions) should be avoided to prevent discoloration;

Not suitable for use on any materials that will seep oil, plasticizers or solvents, such as the surface of oil-soaked wood. Storage and Shelf Life
Should be stored in a cool, dry place below 27℃. The shelf life is 12 months from the date of production. Maintenance
Generally, no maintenance is required. If the sealant joint is damaged, replace the damaged part. Simply remove accumulated dirt with a solvent, then fill with sealant. The sealant adheres well to the cured sealant of the same type.

Before using the product, please refer to the product's safety data sheet.

The sealant product is non-toxic after complete curing, but contact with eyes should be avoided before curing. If contact with eyes occurs, rinse with plenty of water and seek medical attention; uncured products should be kept away from children. The product releases small molecules during the curing process. Ventilation should be ensured during construction and curing to avoid excessive concentration of small molecules affecting people.
