Product Features

This product is a single-component, room-temperature neutral-curing silicone structural sealant for building structures;

It can be conveniently extruded for application and reacts with moisture in the air;

Curing into an elastomer that is cold-resistant, heat-resistant, high and low temperature resistant, and non-corrosive;

It has excellent weather resistance such as ozone resistance and UV resistance, giving it a long service life. Under normal circumstances, no primer is required, and after curing, it can produce good adhesion to most building materials, such as glass, aluminum, steel, and stone surfaces.

Main Uses

Suitable for structural bonding of curtain wall glass and aluminum; this product can directly connect glass and metal surfaces to form a single component, meeting the structural assembly requirements of fully concealed or semi-concealed frame curtain walls. Structural insulating glass secondary bonding and sealing.

Instructions for Use

Before construction, adhesion tests of the sealant to the substrate and compatibility tests of the sealant with accessories should be performed. Construction can only proceed if tests are qualified;

The substrate surface should be thoroughly cleaned with a solvent using a two-cloth cleaning method, kept dry, and applied within 30 minutes after cleaning;

Ensure the sealant fully fills the joint, making the adhesive layer dense and in close contact with the substrate surface, and trim the joint within 5 minutes after application;

Suitable construction material surface temperature is 10℃ to 40℃.

Limitations of Use

Do not apply when the material surface temperature is below 10℃ or above 40℃;

Not suitable for frosted or damp surfaces;

Not suitable for areas continuously immersed in water or constantly damp throughout the year;

Avoid contact with rubber-like materials (e.g., rubber strips, rubber pads) to prevent yellowing; Avoid contact with acidic or alkaline substances (e.g., exterior wall cleaning solutions) to prevent discoloration;

Not suitable for materials that exude oil, plasticizers, or solvents, such as the surface of oil-soaked wood. Storage and Shelf Life

Should be stored in a cool, dry place below 27℃. The storage period is 12 months from the production date. Maintenance

Generally no maintenance is required. If the sealant joint is damaged, replace the damaged part. Just clean the accumulated dirt with a solvent, then refill with sealant. The sealant adheres well to cured sealant of the same type.

Safety Precautions

Before using the product, refer to the product's safety data sheet.

The sealant product is non-toxic after complete curing, but avoid contact with eyes before curing. If it comes into contact with eyes, rinse with plenty of water and seek medical attention; uncured product should be kept away from children. The product releases small molecular substances during the curing process. Ensure good ventilation in the construction and curing areas to prevent adverse effects on people from excessive concentrations of small molecular substances.
