Product Features

This product is a one-component, neutral, room-temperature vulcanizing silicone sealant. It is easy to use and has excellent weather resistance and aging performance. It cures quickly and has good adhesion to building materials such as stainless steel, aluminum alloy, and glass.

Main Applications

Bonding, caulking, and sealing of various stainless steel doors and windows;

Bonding, caulking, and sealing of aluminum alloy, glass, and plastic steel building doors and windows;

Various indoor decoration bonding and sealing;

Other general industrial applications.

Instructions

Before construction, a bonding test of the sealant with the substrate and a compatibility test of the sealant with accessories should be conducted. Construction can only proceed after the tests are passed;

The substrate should be thoroughly cleaned with a solvent using the two-cloth cleaning method, kept dry, and construction should be carried out within 30 minutes after cleaning;

Ensure that the sealant completely fills the gap, making the adhesive layer dense and in close contact with the substrate surface. Adjust the adhesive seam within 5 minutes after application;

Suitable construction surface temperature is 5℃ to 40℃.

Usage Restrictions

Cannot be used as a structural sealant;

Construction is not suitable when the material surface temperature is below 4℃ or above 40℃;

Not suitable for frosty or damp surfaces;

Not suitable for places that are continuously submerged in water or perpetually damp;

Avoid contact with rubber materials (such as rubber strips, rubber pads, etc.) to prevent yellowing; Avoid contact with acidic or alkaline substances (such as exterior wall cleaning solutions) to prevent discoloration;

Not suitable for materials that will seep oil, plasticizers, or solvents, such as the surface of oil-soaked wood. Storage and Shelf Life

Store in a cool, dry place below 27℃. The shelf life is 12 months from the production date. Maintenance

Generally, no maintenance is required. If the sealant seam is damaged, replace the damaged part. Simply clean the accumulated dirt with a solvent and then fill it with sealant. The sealant adheres well to the cured sealant of the same type.

Safety Precautions

Refer to the product's safety data sheet before use.

The sealant is non-toxic after complete curing, but avoid contact with eyes before curing. If contact with eyes occurs, rinse with plenty of water and seek medical attention. Keep uncured product away from children. The product releases small molecules during the curing process. Ensure good ventilation in the construction and curing area to avoid high concentrations of small molecules affecting people.
